What supplements for muscle growth?

Taking certain nutritional supplements for building muscle is not absolutely necessary; you can do without them, however, some of them do have their advantages. They can give you an additional physical and mental advantage.
They help improve performance and can aid in the muscle building process. While some are a waste of time, money, and effort, there are a few that actually work.
Supplements help fill in the missing link that can arise during a phase of intense muscle building.
You need certain supplements for greater muscle growth.

Here are the supplements I would recommend for building muscle.

Creatine:
A great supplement that consistently produces positive health and muscle building benefits. Helps fill muscles with fluid, making you stronger and able to lift heavier and recover faster.
Good body weight gains achieved with this which allows you to lift more for better stimulation of muscle growth.

Protein powders:
Whey Protein Isolate is the best, fast-acting protein to help repair and grow muscle tissue after a heavy workout.
Casein protein is a slowly digesting protein that is best taken right before bed to provide the body with a continuous flow of amino acids for repair and growth overnight while you sleep.

Weight gain:
A high calorie supplement is a good idea if you find yourself underweight. High calories are needed for muscle endurance, peak performance, and effective muscle repair.

You’ll want to stay healthy while you’re on a quest to build muscle, so I also recommend:

A good multi-vitamin / mineral supplement:
To compensate for nutritional deficiencies that can occur during an intense training program. Vitamins and minerals are essential for good health and well-being.

Vitamin C:
An excellent booster of immunity and a destroyer of free radicals.

Vitamin E:
Ideal for the integrity and vitality of cells.

AGE:
Essential fatty acids:
Great for overall health and helps promote the body’s production of testosterone – the muscle builder.

Note: You should always check with your GP or other healthcare professional before taking any nutritional supplements.

In addition to supplements, there are other things you need for muscle growth:

A solid workout routine that induces muscle growth and doesn’t overtrain muscles.
A good healthy diet rich in calories. Eat six small meals instead of three large meals.
Sufficient time for rest and recovery. Your muscles must be fully recovered.
Disciplinary commitment and consistency.
Some extras as above.

The bodybuilding supplement industry is big. You really don’t need all of those “wonder” muscle building supplements that are hitting the market, but every once in a while they actually produce a supplement that actually does what it’s supposed to do.

  1. I was just searching for this information for a while. After six hours of continuous Googleing, at last I got it in your site. I wonder what is the lack of Google strategy that do not rank this type of informative web sites in top of the list. Normally the top sites are full of garbage.
